Autrement dit, l&rsquo;offre de logements subventionn\u00e9s ne suit pas le nombre de demandes.<\/p>\n<p>La hausse des co\u00fbts du logement, la stagnation ou l&rsquo;ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 des revenus et des difficult\u00e9s budg\u00e9taires touchent beaucoup trop de gens. Le co\u00fbt croissant de l&rsquo;accession \u00e0 la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 signifie que de plus en plus de personnes \u00e0 Ottawa et dans tout le Canada sont locataires. Les loyers sont en hausse partout.<\/p>\n                <\/div>\n                            <\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<div class=\"collapsible\">\n                <h3>priorit\u00e9
